What you need:
Lip Balm
Red Lipstick
Red or clear Lip Gloss
Crystal Sugar (preferably already crushed crystal sugar)

First apply your lip balm, always apply lip balm to prevent your lips from getting dry. Next, apply your red lipstick to create the shape of lips you want. Now dab on a small amount of lip gloss and make sure you get it all over your lips. Pour the crystal sugar on a piece of paper and place the paper on a flat surface. Now kiss the crystal sugar and enjoy your delicious Candy Red Lips!
